3. User Accounts

Users may create accounts using email/password authentication and phone OTP verification.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all resumes and job descriptions uploaded to the platform.

5. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated recommendations and ATS scores are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or hiring outcomes.

6. Payments

Subscription payments are securely processed through Stripe.

7. Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed manually within 7 days of purchase. Refund approval remains at the sole discretion of RezumeTailor.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, content, and designs belong to RezumeTailor.

10. Limitation of Liability

RezumeTailor shall not be responsible for employment outcomes, hiring decisions, AI inaccuracies, or indirect damages arising from platform usage.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
